Dishonored is a multi-platform action game set in a steampunk fantasy world. It is developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda. The game follows Corvo Atano, an ex-bodyguard who was framed by the Lord Regent for the murder of the Empress. Corvo possesses various combat skills as well as supernatural powers, which he employs to get revenge on the usurper of the throne.

Dishonored features an open world which you can explore at your leisure, although most of the game takes part in the industrial city of Dunwall. The game uses a first-person perspective. Its combat system places an emphasis on stealth and using the environment to your advantage. One example given by the developers is Corvo using his magic powers to freeze time, throwing a bunch of objects to distract the guards, and then running away in the opposite direction.

Enjoy three minutes of gameplay footage in this new Dishonored trailer. Featuring the Drunken Sailor song, and lots and lots of violence (hopefully killing is optional in the actual game, similarly to Deus Ex).
